About me

I was born in Zagora in a typical berber family. When I was 18 years old
I started to work as "chamelier", a guide with camels. With the money I earnt I was able to support my parents. In addition I had the chance to buy books for the school.

I got attracted more and more to the desert, I virtually fell in love with it.
After a few years I bought some camels which I rent to tourists.

From being in the desert for more than 25 years, I got a lot of experience of living in the desert and of dealing with tourists from all over the world.
Some of them have become good friends.

I speak French, English and of course Arabic and my mother language, Berber. I am married with a berber-woman and we have got nine nice and sweet children.

In February 2001 I decided to get going my own business.I would like to invite you to make yourself experience of the desert, to listen to the song of the Earth and to the music of the silence way off from all noise.
